This restaurant goes the extra mile. I didn't realise my order hadn't completed in the app and I phoned to see how much longer it would take to be told my mistake. I went back on the app, completed my order with estimated delivery 40 minutes but they rushed the order out to me within 15. The food is amazing and the customer service cannot be faulted.

We order from these quite a lot, but for some reason this order was delivered cold, Chips cold and rubbery so they went straight into the bin. pizza cold but we managed to warm it up, we do not normally get an order this bad, i did phone them up and received an apology,

Never a problem with the food it’s always lovely , but really disappointed with how long we had to wait , please don’t give a time for delivery if your not able to stick to it , and don’t take orders over the app if you haven’t enough drivers on shift to deliver.
